The Showbie Certified Educator program is a free and exclusive community of educators who have a passion for Showbie and Socrative.
As an educator, this program will help you to build your skills and fully utilise the features of both platforms, to positively impact your school, students and community. The program is available to all Showbie Pro and Socrative Pro teachers who want to get the most out of their subscription.
Al-Siraat College in Melbourne, Australia has been collaborating with Showbie to support the launch of the Showbie Certified Educator program which is now open to applicants! When you apply to become a Showbie Certified Educator, you’ll begin by accessing a variety of resources and questions about how Showbie and Socrative have impacted your day-to-day activities in and out of the classroom.
You’ll then complete the Showbie Certified Educator course, which will take you through the features of the platforms, focussing on four key areas:
- Communication
- Engagement
- Assessment
- Efficiencies
Once you are certified you will be presented with a certificate and badge showcasing you as an ‘expert Showbie and Socrative user’.
An added benefit to this program is joining an exclusive community of like-minded teachers, who all share a passion for learning with technology. This includes advanced notifications of upcoming features, as well as having the option to participate in discussions and network within the education community.
